Minn West Acres
On the east end of campus, you’ll find the MinnWest Acres. The acres are managed by MNyou Youth Garden, a new non-profit that joined us on campus this past Spring. Their team, made up of diverse youth in our community, plant and care for everything from tomatoes to ghost peppers and even honey. You can find their produce and products at the Willmar Farmer’s Market!
