As winter approaches, many of the employees on campus are using the campus on weekends as a retreat from the cold. Lindsey Donner, an employee of Redstar and WORKUP, shares her families’ experience:
“This past weekend, I took my kids swimming in the campus pool. Afterwards, we played a few games of horse in the gym (my 8-year-old beat me). I was pleasantly surprised by the number of families there enjoying this great work perk as well. As a parent, I’m always brainstorming ideas for indoor activities – especially in the winter – that’ll help my kids get out ALL of their energy. I thought my positive experience was worth sharing with the rest of the MinnWest gang!”
